Susan Leys provides consulting and coaching for the healthcare professionals and teams who care for all of us. Her "why" stems from a family legacy firmly grounded in serving others and providing compassionate care and support to patients, families, and the professionals she works alongside.

Susan earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth; her M.Ed. and C.A.G.S. are in Counseling Psychology from Springfield College. Additionally, she holds two graduate certificates: one in The Business of Medicine from Johns Hopkins University and the other in High-Performance Leadership from Cornell University.
